WWII Era Live Music & Dancing in Kew Gardens

Dance Floor Democracy returns to the Center at Maple Grove on Sun. 6/2/24 with a full program of music celebrating the WWII era. Doors open at 3 PM – $15/$10 for Friends of Maple Grove members. Cash at the Door just like the 1940’s!
3:30 free dance lessons.
4:45 PM Welcome and Dedication.
Live music from 5 PM to 7:30 PM.
6 PM Awards to our Honorees – the President of Maple Grove Cemetery – Phil Rash-Flynn and dancer Eileen O’Donnell of https://thisweekinswingnyc.com/.
Featuring jazz vocalist Edith Hazel and The Cut A Rug Quartet with some songs made popular by the great Vera Lynn during the 1940s!
