La ceremonia de apertura estará a cargo de Rosalía Arteaga Serrano y la Honorable Magistrada Carmen Velásquez.

En esta celebración se abrirá con una exposición antológica en Homenaje al Maestro Estuardo Maldonado: “Del Precolombino al Dimensionalismo” Maestro y discípula.
