The Rockaway Hotel + Spa x Minnow at The Galley Ho Sustainable Dinner

The Rockaway Hotel + Spa is thrilled to welcome the team from Minnow at The Galley Ho for a one-night-only pop-up dinner on Thursday, September 18th, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

This special evening celebrates a shared commitment to sustainability, with Minnow owner Andrea Tese speaking on her sustainability practices and approach to responsible seafood sourcing. Guests will enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring fresh fish caught from Minnow’s pound traps earlier that day – a historic, eco-friendly method that eliminates bycatch and helps protect local fish populations.

Menu highlights include: spicy bluefin tuna tartare on crispy rice, basil miso crudo, fennel burrata salad, lemon risotto with grilled squid, and chocolate mousse with pink peppercorn whipped cream.
