PHC ANNUAL COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR, GIVEAWAY & EMPOWERMENT OUTREACH 2024

Project Hope Charities (PHC) invites you to join their Annual Community Health Fair Giveaway & Empowerment Outreach.

This year’s event will highlight the following services:

Medical Screenings: We will offer HIV and blood pressure screenings, health counseling, and health education.

Various Medical Services: Attendees can access a range of medical services.

Food Distribution: Nutritious food will be distributed to those in need.

Food Stamp Pre-screening and Referral Assistance: Helping individuals navigate food assistance programs.

Housing & Employment Services: Assisting with housing and employment-related needs.
