Apicha Community Health Fair

Apicha Community Health Center celebrates National Health Center Week (NHCW) 2025 with a Community Health Fair featuring a health and resource fair, cultural performances, and a special award to Juttana “Moo” Rimreartwate from Thai Community USA NYC for his service to the Queens community as a champion for community health. This annual event highlights the essential role the Community Health Centers (CHCs) like Apicha play in improving public health and providing Americans equal opportunity to access critical healthcare services. CHCs are the nation’s largest primary care network, serving 32.5 million patients nationwide. The national theme is “America’s Health Centers Celebrating Past, Present and Future: 60 Years of Improving Our Nation’s Health.”

The event will offer free Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI) Screenings for Obesity, Oral Dental Screenings, Free help in enrolling for Health Insurance, Food Assistance (SNAP), and Medicaid, Free backpacks and books for the kids.
