YA Craft Time: Collage

Spend an evening crafting at Rugby! We'll be making mixed-media collages on canvas. All supplies will be provided. This event is geared towards teens, 'tweens and young adults; but all are welcome! For the health and safety of our staff and patrons, masks are encouraged inside BPL locations. If you or your child are not feeling well the day of the event, you should not attend.
