Urban Vegan Roots Hosts Pro-Signing Event to Celebrate Vegan Boxer Ra-leek Born August 3rd

On Saturday, August 3rd from 12pm – 6pm, Urban Vegan Roots (34 – 47 31st Street) invites the whole community to celebrate Eastern Queens Boxing Club’s young talent Ra-leek Born, vegan boxer and three-time national champion pro-signing with Team Freeway Boxing. Ra-leek, a fan of the eatery and supporter of the vegan culture has been training since age 9 with EQBC and credits much of his success to the discipline required to adhere to the vegan diet.

The event will feature food and drinks by Urban Vegan Roots. Ra-leek will officially announce his pro-signing at 5pm.
