The Med Gala

The Med Gala is a red carpet benefit event committed to providing everyone with access to tools for mental health. The event will benefit Three Jewels Outreach Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing access to meditation tools, trainings, and community support for everyone who needs it. Funds raised will support Three Jewels’ programs, which have a 26 year legacy in supporting the practice of meditation by increasing access to meditation via memberships, teacher training scholarships, free classes and retreats.

In 2022, Three Jewels hosted its first Med Gala – stepping more fully into its potential by expanding beyond the edges of our studio and inviting the wellness + mindfulness communities to come together in celebration of the transformative power of meditation. Now in its second year, the Med Gala invites you to join 1,000+ people in gathering together in meditation to unlock human potential. Enjoy an evening of meditation, sound experiences and performances at the 2023 Med Gala – a sober event themed ‘It Was All a Dream,’ with guests invited to dress and interact as the embodiment of their actualized human potential, experiencing complete liberation and freedom of mind and wardrobe.
