LaGuardia Community College Run/Walk (5K) in Long Island City

What:            Inaugural LaGuardia Community Run, a 5K and fitness celebration open to runners and walkers of all levels ages 7 and older. To register visit the LaGuardia Community Run website.

Activities Plaza at start/finish
T-shirts for registered participants
Fruit and water on course
Complimentary bag and coat check

Awards:
Top three male/female: Overall
Top three male/female in the following age categories: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 +

7:45 A.M.       Participants with Disabilities Start Race

 Cost:            Registration fee includes t-shirt, bib and refreshments
$25 for ages 18 and older
$10 for LaGuardia students
$10 for ages 7–17*
