Kids Create Grab-and-Go: DIY Flameless Sparkler

Stop by the Highlawn Library to pick up a kit with everything you need to make your own flameless sparkler – just in time for New Year's Eve! Kits include metallic paper, pipecleaners, cardstock, and instructions. Kits will be available until we run out; this activity is recommended for ages 5 and up, but may be suitable for younger audiences with assistance from a parent or caregiver.
